Booking and Cancellation Conditions

The reservation will be considered confirmed once the required deposit has been paid.
In the event of a cancellation communicated **at least 10 days before the booked date**, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Alternatively, subject to prior agreement with the Management, the amount paid may be used as credit towards a future reservation.
For cancellations communicated less than 10 days before the booked date, the deposit will not be refundable.
