To book boats, a pre-authorization on the credit card is required. This amount will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the customer's service, except for bad weather conditions, circumstances in which a refund will be possible. If you intend to rent a boat, we recommend making your request well in advance.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation or change in the reservation up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival, there is no charge.
In case of late cancellation or change in the reservation 100% of the cost of the first night is charged.
In case of no arrival, the amount of the entire stay is charged.
To book more than 7 days, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required.
This deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation.

Children: only on request when booking;
Arrival: the rooms are available from 15:00 p.m.;
Departure: the rooms must be free within 12:00 a.m.
